1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to unu4d. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and unu4d (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our online gaming platform available at https://unu4d.cam (the "Website" or "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Website, placing bets, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the unu4d platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the unique personal gaming account registered by the User on the unu4d platform, accessible via username and password.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds (both deposited and won) available in the User's Account, displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bet" means any wager or stake placed by the User on any game, sporting event, or gambling activity available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives credited to the User's Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Game" includes but is not limited to casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games), sports betting markets, lottery games including togel, virtual sports, and any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer, referring to the identity verification process that Users must complete to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud.
• "Payout" means any winnings or returns paid to the User as a result of successful bets or game outcomes.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process by which the User requests to transfer funds from their Account balance to their personal bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use unu4d's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Geographic Restrictions: Our services are intended primarily for residents of Indonesia. Users must not access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of unu4d complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, accounts under false names, or accounts using another person's identity) is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and confiscation of funds.
• Self-Exclusion Compliance: You must not have previously self-excluded from unu4d or requested permanent account closure. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account is a serious violation.
• Financial Responsibility: You must use only funds that are legally yours. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activities, using stolen credit cards, or depositing on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Employee Restriction: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of unu4d staff are not eligible to register accounts or participate in promotions to avoid conflicts of interest.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

During registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, and you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

unu4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing your name and account number, screenshot of e-wallet account)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. All documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. We may reject documents that appear tampered with or fraudulent.

4.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify unu4d of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

You must not allow any other person to access your Account or use the Platform through your Account. Sharing accounts, selling accounts, or transferring accounts to another person is strictly prohibited.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

unu4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through various payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other major Indonesian banks) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20,000 unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods.

Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your bank's systems, particularly during weekends or public holidays. unu4d does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

You must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any processing fees. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to meeting any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. unu4d aims to process most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during normal banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB). Weekend withdrawals may experience slight delays depending on bank processing schedules. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 100,000,000 may require additional verification and processing time.

unu4d reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents before processing any withdrawal. We may also conduct additional checks on unusual betting patterns, large withdrawal requests, or accounts flagged for suspicious activity.

Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. If you have an active bonus in your Account, withdrawing funds will forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. This means if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500,000 before you can withdraw. This policy applies to both deposits and withdrawals to prevent the Platform from being used as a money transfer service.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

unu4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated in the promotional offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before you can cash out. For example, a bonus with a 25x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place bets totaling Rp 2,500,000 before you can withdraw.

Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute only 10-20%. Sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements (typically 1.50 or higher) to count toward wagering. Full contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one bonus can be active in your Account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses will be removed from your Account.
• Wagering more than Rp 50,000 per bet while an active bonus is in place may result in bonus forfeiture.
• unu4d reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated play with other users, or using betting strategies designed to minimize risk while clearing wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Acceptance

By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific terms and conditions of that promotion. If you do not wish to participate in a bonus offer, you may opt out by contacting customer support before making a qualifying deposit or placing a qualifying bet.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet details (stake amount, selection, odds) are correct before confirming. unu4d will not cancel or modify bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious error (palpable errors) such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts at our discretion, particularly for accounts exhibiting unusual betting patterns or professional gambling behavior.

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or incorrect odds display, unu4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Any winnings derived from such errors will be removed from your Account.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events will be voided unless otherwise stated in specific market rules. If an event is rescheduled to occur within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will stand; if rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets are voided.

Settlement of bets is based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes for football, etc.) unless specifically stated as including extra time or penalty shootouts. Detailed sport-specific rules are available in the sports betting section of our Website.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information section. RTP represents the long-term expected return and does not guarantee results for individual sessions.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will continue to completion on the server, and the result will be recorded in your game history. Reconnecting to the game or contacting support will allow you to view the outcome.

7.4 Live Dealer Games

Live casino games are streamed from professional studios with real human dealers. Video recording of all live games is available for a limited time for verification purposes. In the event of a technical issue or dealer error, the game provider's decision on how to resolve the issue is final.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information, using fake or stolen identity documents, chargebacks, payment fraud, or any form of deceptive behavior.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing information about cards or game states, or engaging in any form of cheating.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting systems designed to exploit bonus terms, or any form of bonus manipulation.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer money between parties, making deposits with no gaming activity, or attempting to withdraw funds without meeting minimum wagering requirements.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain access to other users' accounts, hacking, using automated betting software (bots), or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing customer support staff, other players, or dealers; using abusive language; or engaging in discriminatory behavior.
• Syndicate Play: Operating as part of a professional gambling syndicate or engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms to guarantee profits.

unu4d employs advanced fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify suspicious activity. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, limit account functionality, or close accounts that we believe are engaged in prohibited activities.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, unu4d does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons without prior notice. We will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

9.2 Third-Party Services

unu4d uses third-party game providers, payment processors, and service providers. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties. However, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues and communicate with affected users.

9.3 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. unu4d is not responsible for gambling losses or any financial, emotional, or psychological consequences resulting from your use of the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to use our Responsible Gaming tools if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

9.4 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, unu4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time the claim arose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Your Right to Close

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be paid out to you after verification, provided you have met all wagering requirements and have no active bonuses. Account closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

10.2 Our Right to Suspend or Close

unu4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• You are discovered to be under 21 years of age
• Required by law or regulatory authority
• You have requested self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming program

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to withhold any remaining balance. If termination is not due to your breach, we will return any remaining balance after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We reserve the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the unu4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of unu4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

The unu4d name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use our trademarks without prior written authorization.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of unu4d shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, conducted in the Indonesian or English language.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

12.3 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact our customer support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to our senior management team.
